Vandana Plastic Machineries Brand of Mixers are high-speed mixer & heater cooler mixer. Machines to physically the pulverunt liquids with resin & other chemicals & colours. It consists of two sections

  • Material: stainless steel SS 304, reinforced base shell in wear-exposed area, with jacket made of Stainless Steel for insulation, for possible additional heating or cooling in pressure less operation.
  • The container is jacketed with the provision of water circulation. Container wall and bottom can be cooled partially, by water circulation with design pressure upto 1 bar,
  • Process temperature measuring point with screwed in resistance temperature sensor J Type,
  • Interior mirror polished surface finish to avoid depositing of material surface finish 9 to 11 μmRz
  • Specially designed Bottom curvature of mixer container gives VORTEX formation, which results into homogeneous free flowing dry blend. It also ensures built up of Frictional Heat efficiently to remove moisture and to prepare the best quality of compounding.
  • Main AC Motor with Variable frequency drive so we can save power.

Cooler Mixer

  • Made up from Stainless Steel SS 304, reinforced base shell in wear exposed area, with jacket made of Stainless Steel for insulation, for possible additional heating or cooling in pressure less operation.
  • The cooling cone is concentrically suspended within the mixer container to increase the cooling area conically inclined for additional guidance of mixed material and for optimum heat transfer.
  • The Jacket is specially designed with cooling water circulation channels to achieve the desired mixture temperate effectively.
  • The Idea is to transfer heat and to cool the material by circulation of water.
